Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common malignant tumor of the skin, which originates from the basal cell layer of the skin. It is more common in white race with skin types I and II. Some predisposing factors are sunlight, ionizing radiation, arsenic salts, PUVA and scar. We present a case of BCC, which appeared over an old scar of localized cutaneous leishmaniasis in a 49-year-old woman.

We report a 38-year-old man presenting with a penile cutaneous horn. Cutaneous horns are seen in sun-exposed areas and their occurrence on the penis is uncommon. The association with malignancy on the penis makes proper identification of these lesions essential. Standard treatment involves local excision, but the presence of malignancy mandates a partial penectomy.

In this paper we report an unusual case on the sole of the foot in a native African from Nigeria.
